5. Appointment Booking and Cancellations:

5.1. Cancellations of appointments must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Any deposits paid toward the initial service may also be forfeited.

5.2. Re-scheduling of appointments must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, we cannot guarantee we can honor the schedule change.

5.3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

6. Payment and Refunds:

6.1. Payment for services booked through our Site is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

6.2. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property:
